The identification and use of these sources can be very helpful in economic and administrative reconstruction of history. <em>Al-Murshed fī al-Ḥisāb</em> written in Persian by Ḥasan ibn Alī Qāsānī (kāshānī) is one of the examples of educational texts on technique of I<em>stīfā</em>or court accounting in the <strong>Ilkhanid</strong> period. The present study introducing the historical value of the book, while examines its place in the tax system and the administration of Dīv<em>ā</em>n-i- I<em>stīfā</em> in the period of the non-Muslim <strong>Ilkhanid</strong> (654-694). The findings of the research show that in the new structure of the Iranian tax system, M<em>āl</em>, Tamgh<em>ā</em> and Ghebchor were the three main sources of tax revenues of the government. In addition to changes in the tax system, Dīv<em>ā</em>n-i- I<em>stīfā</em> also experienced changes in tax laws and the way of recording the calculations and business-offices bureau according to the new system. از جمله منابعی که معمولاً در مطالعات تاریخی کمتر به آنها توجه می‌شود، متون آموزشی هستند که با هدف راهنمایی متصدیان و شاغلان دیوان‌های مختلف نگاشته می‌شدند. شناسایی و بهرهوری از این دست منابع، می‌تواند در شناخت تاریخ اقتصادی و اداری بسیار راهگشا باشند. <em>المرشد فی الحساب</em>، به زبان فارسی، نوشتۀ حسن بن علی قاسانی (کاشانی)، یکی از نمونه‌های متون آموزشی فنّ استیفا یا حسابداری دیوانی، در دور، ایلخانی نگاشته شده است. در پژوهش حاضر، ضمن معرفی اجمالی و بیان ارزش تاریخی کتاب، جایگاه آن در شناخت نظام مالیاتی و ادارۀ دیوان استیفاء در عهد ایلخانان غیر مسلمان (654-694هـ) بررسی خواهدشد. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در ساختار جدید نظام مالیاتی ایران، مال، تمغا و قبچور سه منبع اصلی درآمدهای مالیاتی حکومت بود. دیگر آنکه، به دنبال تغییر نظام مالیاتی، دیوان استیفا نیز با وضع قوانین جدید مالیاتی و ابداع شیوه نوین در ثبت محاسبات، ایجاد دفاتر مالی و مشاغل -مناصب دیوانی متناسب با نظام جدید تغییر و تحولاتی را تجربه کرد. https://jhic.ut.ac.ir/article_71947_b9bc349b883f8c738962a3baf322cfdb.pdf
