The city of Bushehr became one of the influential commercial and political centers during the Qajar period. In this regard, many buildings were constructed in this city. Some of these buildings were destroyed in the following periods due to changes in political and social approaches and urban development. No trace of them remains, including Bushehr Governmental Qajar Citadel and the Chaharborj governmental building. This research aims to document parts of tangible cultural heritage. As well as demonstrate the urban landscape change of Qajar parts of the Bushehr that were destroyed over time. Bushehr Governmental Building, one of Bushehr's most well-known Qajar monuments, is destroyed. This paper is placed on descriptive and visual documents to represent the Qajar governmental buildings and urban landscape changes in Bushehr for the first time. Old image processing and field surveying helped us to document and model urban landscape changes. Comparing these documents revealed some parts of the changes in buildings and urban landscapes over time.
